Love Affair

Last night before I lay my head to sleep
I went down on my kneels and prayed
In my prayer, I asked the Father far above
To protect and guide the one that I LOVED
That He should give us the eyes to see
The ear to listen and the mind to understand
And more so, the heart to accept the fact
We are beyond love and now, in true love
We have been friends like never before
Then we both realized how tender we can be
Here we are starring at each other
So dear one, please give me your hands
Just lend me your tender caring heart
And join me on the stage of memorial dance
That we may play our characteristic part
In this drama themed the LOVE AFFAIR 
Just to bring closer the meaning of true love

You said I do not deserve your love
And I have no place in your heart
Yet! You deserve my love
And you have a place in my heart
That's why I writing this poetry
It's from deep inside my heart
And it is meant for your love
Love goes to the home of it's choice
And what is due to Caesar
Shall always remain Caesar's
So, I am just going to sit here waiting
To see from where comes my love
That I may run to warmly hug her
Just because, I don't deserve your love
